Do you wish to develop competences in Situational Leadership, Conflict Management, International Co-production, Social Sustainability within a networking community?
In 2023 Noemi Ferrer and Tina Wagner, who have been running YNPC since 2012, conducted a survey supported by DFI, NFF and NFTV, based on 45 producer interviews. The result clearly indicated a similar need for skills development among Nordic producers.
As a result, we have created this time-efficient and cohesive course consisting of 4 modules held three times between late October 24 to mid-January 25.
This course provides you with a powerful networking community to support your future endeavors. Our ambition is to create a healthy balance between artistic ambition, leadership, and business, to optimize you and your colleagues’ wellbeing, update your knowledge about international financing, and reinforce your business identity, enabling you to appear unique and strong in the market.
We focus on your role as a producer, helping to renew your profile to benefit both personally and businesswise.
This course emphasizes a strong symbiosis between theory and practice, directly targeting our industry, combining cases, discussions and dilemmas.

Are there conditions for the conversation that can "raise the bar" for the creative process?
